Consultation
• During our initial consultation, whether by phone, email, or in person, our staff will work with you to design the perfect invitation to represent your personality, style and event theme.
• It would be helpful for you to tell us about yourself and your special event, your color motif, theme, chosen location or even the flowers to be used in your ceremony and reception.
• We also encourage you to bring your scrapbook, photographs, cut outs from magazines and swatches of your bridesmaid's fabrics to help us visualize every detail of your most important event.
• Once we've come up with a design, a price quote is prepared based on your requirements. This usually takes 3-5 days, but may vary depending on the complexity and scale of your project.
• Once your design has been agreed upon, we will provide you with a Contract of Agreement that identifies the cost, specifications and the schedule of the production.
• At this point, you should also provide us with the information needed such as names, details of your event and other necessary information. Our trained staff would gladly guide you with the recommended wording and suggest layout format and fonts.
